Pakopa is a network of spirited advisors working in business, law, finance, real estate and public relations headed by Adriaan Hoogduijn. Pakopa brings together a wide range of knowledge and experience under one umbrella and thus creates a one-stop-shop for (re)locating your activities to Lithuania. We like to keep things simple, and we are here to help you do the same.
Who is Adriaan?
Born and raised in the Netherlands, I studied Business Administration in The Hague and went on to work in sales, recruitment, lobbying, consultancy and management in a number of different countries. After preparing a new home for a Dutch technology company in Lithuania, I decided to stay as well. Ever since I have enabled foreign companies to move their operations to Lithuania.
